I'm not so sure.
Bart's saves second half were routine for a keeper of his quality. I never felt they were going to score. By and large we defended well having been the better team first half.
We need a bit more creativity / invention to open teams up. That quality is on the treatment table at the moment.

MM quite possibly the most polarised manager in the history of ITFC.

Three observations:

1) How many times have we heard 'pleased with the performance but not the result' - fair enough a few times a season but it seems to be every other week

2) MM is actually very restrained in his press conferences. He gets stacks of criticism because his (rare) shots at the fans get dramatised and discussed to death but no one mentions the other questions where he answers professionally when it would be hard to do so when emotions are running high.

3) The media and the loudest outers are desperate for his 'outburst' to be directed at the fans because it makes a good story or it fits their agenda. However much MM denies it he really can't win. It doesn't actually make a lot of sense for it to be aimed at the fans but if enough people want to interpret it like that it will become fact.

	Truly impaired.
