People are comparing Jack Ross with scummer Alex Neil when he came to the Championship.
In my view 2 very different managers.
Ross - decent manager who would inherit a good squad, which im sure he would get playing attractive football and get people back to games. Culminating in us getting Ipswich back to something special again.

I actually think Alex Neil comes across as a really nice guy, although he looks angry!
Alex Neil inherited a way better squad than what Jack Ross would inherit, Norwich still had most of their premier league team and I think I could have got them promoted.
Alex Neil clearly a good manager as he has now proved at Preston but he definitely made some rubbish decisions in his last season at Norwich and signed some dross which i am very thankful for.
Hopefully Jack Ross will prove to be the better of the 2 but so far Alex is ahead purely on the fact he has come down south and done alright, Jack still unproven.
