Quaner might be a better bet than Keane next season he scored for fun in the German equivalent of the championship that’s why Huddersfield took him maybe he might be a cheaper option.

And perhaps two goals against a Bolton side bad enough to let US score two goals is not a hugely informative indicator of his potential?

Whilst they're still playing in the PL yes, but those players probably won't be there next season.

Anyway, who cares, if he scores in every game for us for the rest of this season, we get a few more points and he gets to prove he's a decent Championship player for Huddersfield or another Championship club...not L1.

He's largely looked pony here. He's also on a decent wage and is under contract at Huddersfield. So for a number of reasons it's a no.

He's on more money at Huddersfield than Keane at Hull. Although would imagine relegation means % wage cut at Huddersfield.
