What happened?

Chase for ball led to Sunderland player going over the hoardings and ending up on the lap of a Neanderthal. As he was falling his arm clipped this guy on the head completely accidentally.

Fan shoved him off and appeared to punch the player in the back as he climbed back on the pitch.
