Recently the government assured its people that there was no Coronavirus problem and now dozens of government officials and members of parliament are infected and a senior adviser to the supreme leader has died.
In order to prevent the virus sweeping through the prison system they have just released 50,000 prisoners - of which a fair proportion are probably infected.
Way to go!

Crazy regime in doing crazy things shocker.
They have handled it appallingly. The worst thing they did was cover it up for weeks and not close the holy sites or pilgrimage routes. That was unbelievably idiotic.
it's a total mess there now.

It's always baffled me a little bit as to why they put up with the regime.
I know it's very tough for them to protest but still.

If you removed 60s and woman and just said a person then that's an excellent piece of public service information.
She also must have volunteered that information herself.
Don't really see how it's Big Brother unless one has an axe to grind. I'd be more worried about ones fellow citizens wanting to spend time investigating people's lives and spreading rumours based on fairly slim geographical evidence.
