We’ve done a little ad. Not really relevant to many on here but I thought someone might like the Pygmy goat. Triple FFF Moondance is a bloody good drop btw.

Thanks Jeera, fingers crossed - got a good sized garden, so plenty of space.

Definitely - would be typical, after the start to the summer, if we have miserable weather for the rest.

Fingers crossed for you and all in your trade.

Having spent a significant part of my life in pubs, I know it's not an easy ride as it is, without this sh1t being thrown at you all.

One step at a time out this mess it is then.

I for one would be there if I was a little closer. Used to work for Courage way back in the 1990's. Are you free trade or associated with any brewer ?

We’re free of tie, which is handy. Weirdly enough it used to be a Courage pub back in the 60’s.

Pygmy goats always remind me of playing at home to Southampton.

I think it was the game were Marsden scored that goal and I was in either the Royal William or Hoofers before the game with some mates from Southampton. Whichever pub it was had a menagerie in the beer garden which included pygmy goats. My Saints mates were giving it large about Town fans being sheep-shaggers, I was fighting our corner, when two of the pygmy goats escaped into the bar, hotly pursued by the landlord and his wife. The site of the two of them, assisted by some regulars, grappling with the goats rather undermined my argument.

Edit: it might have been The Ipswich Arms, one of those pubs where Lidl now is anyway.

Great story, wonder when we’ll play them again in the league.
I promise I don’t chase ours, they are little characters though.
