In 2000, Gore v Bush, Fox News declared Florida for Bush and Bush then got the Presidency. It turned out the votes were that close that they had a recount and Bush won by 537 votes. There were claims that ballots had been lost and not counted and the recount was only done for some but not all counties. Fox News could very well try to make the same claim this time round. Trump doesn't believe or watch any other news outlet so he claims he's the winner. Law suits will follow but Barr and the Justice dept. will support Trump just to keep their jobs.
