I have spoken before about how we have a problem with his contract. If he has a good season he can walk away fro. The club and if he has a bad season where he can't get in he can and will probably walk away. Either way it seemed unlikely he would sign a new deal and now we have the wage cap issue as well to think about for next year. We need to give him a contract ASAP |  |

Agreed it’s a real catch 22 with AD. I can’t see him being with us next season unless we get promoted, and even then if he plays well he’ll be hard to keep given the fact he’s in the last year of his contract. Depressingly I think he’ll leave one way or the other. Unless as you rightly say he signs a new deal fairly soon...the question is why would he? Not as if his career has kicked on so far here. |  | | |

That Bishop/Downes/Dozzell combination looks to have a very high ceiling in terms of potential...if they can full fill that potential here it will be entertaining. If it generates a massive feel good factor and we are promoted, who knows? It just seems like it’s all based on a massive series of IFs. | | | |

AD simply does not make sufficient impact on matches to warrant a regular first team place. Until that changes, here or anywhere else for that matter, he is not going to progress. |  | | |
