Terrorisn threat level raised 16:21 - Nov 3 with 938 views

Those that look after this do frequently seem to be aware when something could be coming, even if they're not able to pinpoint and stop it.

Could be a concern. I currently spend my nights working on the streets of London in this post lockdown world so probably more aware now than I would have been in the past.
Hopefully just a precaution following events elsewhere.

As pointed out earlier, the Vienna attack was made just before lockdown when the streets etc were full

Just as they will be elsewhere before lockdown
