Wasn't it a play-off match?

I did wonder, if they hadn't used up all their subs they still wouldn't have been able to make a substitution during the soot-out would they? I have never heard of a red card given during the shoot-out before. Seemed a bit harsh to give the yellow card for him coming off his line. Retaking the penalty seemed enough. However, it was nice to see the defender have the last laugh making the save in his Marigolds.
