So you didnt see us practically have 2 uptop in the first half on saturday then.
Just because the media dont show it as 4 4 2 doesnt mean it doesnt become one when the game kicks off.
Way to much is talked about when it comes to 4 4 2.
With 4 3 2 1. Off the ball it's basically a 4 5 1. On the ball it can turn into a 4 3 3 a 4 4 2 a 3 5 2. All depends on player movements [Post edited 24 Mar 2021 15:03]

Quite so.
Which I think at the moment makes talk of which system the players are best at somewhat redundant.
Not a dig at anyone just my view. And given the requisite amount of time and a reduction in squad numbers I believe Cook will make them best at 4-2-3-1 including the variants you list. | |
