Red 5 pilot Dave Simmonds was born in Ipswich,went to St Josephs, I actually think its the first time since he's been on the team theyve flown over Ipswich, as all the lockdowns cancelled all their displays & flypasts last year and much of this.
I heard them, then saw them briefly as they didnt quite go the way I was expecting so I was looking in the wrong place to begin with :) but given the weather we had this afternoon and the weather they had displaying down at Folkstone I wasnt sure if theyd make it at all. |  | | |
