Perhaps he created this phrase to sum up the club that the club had run away from adversity for a decade!:
- How MANY must win games has this club failed in the last decade?
- How many Sky games and large attendance games have we failed to put on a show
- How did Keane allow us to play so woefully, so ineptly
- How did Mick turn so much of the fan base off match day
- How did someone so inept as Hurst get appointed
- How did Lambert allow such insular football, and to disengage from his role

Lots of questions there, don’t think I have the answers.
Something’s not right with how they’re set up. There are some really positive signs on the ball, but poor off it (polar opposite to last season under Lambert, but I think/guess Gill was a big part of that).
It’s 100% a systems issue, so he needs to sort it quickly. Maybe the rookie coaches aren’t looking like such a good idea now. |  |

We are running towards adversity, so I guess Cook’s getting that right. (It’s a really stupid slogan for a football team.)
