Saw them many times. The bomber tour stood out for me. Still have my unused ticket stub from the tour that didn't happen due to Lemmy's death. Couldn't bring myself to reclaim the entrance fee.
Overkill was a brilliant encore song with all the flash bombs going off in time to the outro drumbeat.

Agree about louie louie. Never liked that one.
Considering the original Louie, Louie was banned because someone decided the lyrics were iffy as they couldn't decipher them...
I love the Motorhead version as they can all be clearly heard.

I only ever got to experience the Lemmy/Mikkey/Phil years, but I think they did a very good job of keeping Motörhead alive for many years up until Lemmy's death.

Great band, but sadly a bit rubbish every time I saw them live. Lemmy's vocals always seemed to be turned down to almost inaudible - and the lyrics are half the fun.
