I think Webber has largely been living off one (admittedly brilliant) window in 2018, with the signings of Krul, Buendia and Pukki who formed the spine of their 2019 and 2021 promotion sides.

It seems like Nunez has been a good signing this year but Webber has bought a lot of dross in the meantime.
