One for the cricket followers... 13:08 - Dec 12 with 734 views | Zx1988 | Mrs Zx and I got married last month, and our plan is to take in some cricket on our honeymoon. The working plan, at the moment, is to go out to the West Indies next winter, to coincide with England's white-ball tour out there. We're thinking along the lines of a pretty typical resort-based holiday, with the opportunity to nip off-site to take in a game or two (venue-depending), so we'd rather arrange it all ourselves rather than pay the huge mark-up to go out there with a firm offering cricket tours. How far in advance do the schedules and venues for these sorts of tours usually get announced? It feels as if we need to be more clued-up than if we were looking at going to somewhere like Sri Lanka or South Africa, purely on the basis that we don't even know which countries England will be playing in!

Venues aren't out yet but they will be before the Windies tour I'm thinking.

The date are supposed to be out this month, but I wouldn't bet on it. Definitely book direct of you can, the cricket tours are a complete rip off and the Caribbean is very easy to book direct and very easy to travel around.
