Meanwhile in better news on 18:02 - Feb 21 with 1362 views | bluelagos | Saw that. Is a strange one in that he's being held whilst they investigate / collect evidence rather than in the UK system where you wouldn't be held until charged. Ordinarily I suspect there would be some noise about the length of time a Brit was held without charges but because it's him, it's hard to give a fck tbh.

Hard to see why, really. His two female assistants are 'free' on house arrest, would imagine similar for him too soon.

Whatever your views on him and however we might differ, I'm sure you can agree that fair trials are essential to the justice system, hence why they are protected by the Human Rights Act.

It's quite funny that it's happened to someone as vile as him, though.

And there you have one of the problems with political dicourse in the UK. People spouting stuff they clearly have no understanding of. Where does detaining someone infer it is not a fair trial. Weren't Gary Glitter, Epstein and others held while evidence was gathered ? Why should it be any different in this case because a number of juvenile boys regard him as some kind of 'hero' ? "Romanian prosecutors, who can apply to detain suspects for up to 180 days during investigations" it is a common procedure worldwide when "prosecutors argued that given their “financial capacity” the brothers could “evade investigation, leave Romania and settle in countries that do not allow extradition" And what are they suspected of ? Among many things "The prosecution has so far identified six alleged victims, including minors" Odd how I could easily find this, and yet you couldn't. Perhaps for some reason you chose not to.

Hopefully you are never let near any part of the judicial process Evidence CANNOT be thrown out, it is available to the defence to use as they see fit. You have NO idea what evidence has been uncovered. Phone chat evidence in his favour not used - How can evidence not be used when there has not been a trial ? Alleged 'victims' quite literally stating they are not victims. - If someone states something it is not 'quite literally. And you have no idea who all the victoms are - certainly not those minors. And they would not be making any statement either, not to the general public.. It would be easy to dismiss your infantile idiocy as that of someone not very bright. There is the danger, however, that these lies get peddled and believed by those for whom the most basic of rational thought seems beyond them. A rather concerning state of affairs. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Aleksander Skarsgard (yes, Stellan's son) does what has been acclaimed as the best ever portrayal of a narcissistic violent, sex obsessed husband. Superb series.
