I heard a suggestion from someone today that they might be using something like permavoid system under the pitch (as what they found under there was so crap) like Liverpool used recently. That’s a plastic grid system under the entire pitch creating an enormous drainage void.

At a guess, I’d say they’ll put out updates every now and then, then at the end put out a 10min fast forwarded version of events.

If I was a contractor working there I’d not really want to be live streamed for everyone to see how slowly I’m doing my job
