It's the dreadful years of utter sh1te that proceeded this one and the genuine feeling that we are only going to get better. Appreciate the others were fantastic too.

Following o from what Steve says here, we literally qualified for Europe after Wembley. Best We'll qualify for after today is away at the Etihad.

1992, 2000 and 2023 on 01:49 - Apr 30 with 878 views | wkj | Without a doubt the 2000 one was my highlight, but the other two are not far behind. We went up after such a hard slog of bitter sweet nearlys and it felt like we were in trouble when we sold KD to Newcastle. The season started ok and we were still looking good - but then we have Magic come in and an absolutely bonkers signing in Marcus Stewart, from a team who were our direct rivals! How on earth we signed Steward is beyond me, someone at Huddersfield was smoking crack is my best explanation. What really takes the cake though is the playoff semi finals. That amazing night where it felt like tragedy was looming, only to watch the team answer ever time Bolton tried to ruin the party... that game and the day at Wembley will always make it just that little more special to me than the other two.

However, given the state of the club two years ago and where it was heading (oblivion), yesterday felt all the more intense and a significant step.
1992, 2000 and 2023 on 07:18 - Apr 30 with 735 views | PioneerBlue | I have see the same three. I feel the level and the ultimate prize does put the other two slightly ahead of this in terms of achievement. What I will say is this. This season has felt very different to those, the way the club is now pointed, having had to correct a very listing ship, the way the coaching team and football team have come together, the style of play, the relentless form, and the fans passion for success. This one feels special. We know how hard it is to maintain momentum 1-2 years out from here. We need the fans to be respectful of the next task, but positively push for the top. Uppa towen.
