Fair play to Port Vale. Great effort from them. Charlton and Peterborough should be ashamed.

Good to see that town scooped the highest away attendance peak by over 200 more than Derby and Wednesday

Worth noting that even our lowest away following was still higher than any Championship club's lowest.

Even with capacity restrictions of many L1 grounds.

And our average better than all bar two.

Tho I suspect the existence of MK skews things, don't think anyone in the Championship has that kind of away capacity.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Wonder what our unrestricted average would've been. I reckon we could've sold Cambridge away 7 times over.

This table doesn’t take into account the population size of the club. We’re less than half the population of Weds, Derby and Plymouth!

Not sure that’s relevant in fairness. Bit of a stretch to suggest we’re a smaller club than Plymouth. Suffolk is a one club county so huge catchment, whereas Sheffield has two teams and loads more in Yorkshire all vying for fans.

Does this take into account allocation of tickets, would we get exactly the same amount as Sheff Weds? I can’t think of many away games that didn’t easily sell out?

I'd be curious to know where Charlton only managed to take 250.
