Yeah they were talking about it on TalkSport last week I think it was . Apparently once an allegation has been made and there's an investigation the Italian FA deduct the points straight away pending the enquiry. Essentially guilty before being proven innocent
Think they were deducted an amount ,re-instated and then the conclusion warranted a different pints deduction - something like that but corrupt all the same

There was a fresh appeals court hearing that decided the new 10 point penalty.
I recommend proper journalism rather than believing every bit of nonsense chat on Talksport (or worse, podcasts):
