I would have to assume that Wilson was not offered a very long deal. He hasn't played a league game above League One for over a decade, so I'm surprised he didn't value that challenge. How many established Champ teams will be queuing up to offer him better when he'll be 34 and a half come the start of the season? Shame for the lad. Really solid and dependable defender, at least at league one level. |  | | |
