The Norris signing is a poor one but on paper I like the look of the others and I think they'll go well. They appointed Rich Hughes, who was responsible for putting together the Forest Green team that won League Two, as head of recruitment last September and they had a decent January window so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mousinho is a good tactician as well.

Seen a fair bit of Oxford over the years here and he was a tidy player at this level. Think he'll do well as a manager, just not convinced that he's at the right club.
