Playing much better this season. Not sure if he was carrying an injury last season but he's quicker this season.

Had a very good pre season and to be fair has performed well whenever called upon.
Looked lively at Southampton when he came on.

Hes similar in Edwards where he's shown a change in style.

Not as direct and running into trouble. Heads up looking for passes etc.

Not sure why most people think he's not good enough.

He had an injury and couldn't get back in the team due to the new signings.

Seems to have had a good pre season. We just have loads of other (and you could say better) options.

Definitely deserves to be a squad player and play in these games.

I liked the look of him in the Innsbruck games, he played in the middle of midfield way deeper than he had last season. Can only have helped his general game I think, seems to find less blind alleys and use the ball better

Seriously though, I’m pleased for him. I thought he ran around like a headless chicken for much of last season, but you can’t fault his effort and he’s looking good lately.
