I've been rather vocal before in saying that his Fanzone style wouldn't work at all as matchday PA, but I take it back. He's definitely able to suit his style to the audience. |  |

It was DV’s third game, first was Blackburn.
MM was in hospital with pneumonia not long ago, missed an episode of LAP as well.
Can imagine doing the PA takes a lot out of you and he’s probably waiting to fully recover before coming back to that particular job? [Post edited 4 Oct 2023 0:31]

He did seem to have a bit of a 'ring announcer' vibe to him when reading out player's names, which I didn't necessarily think was a bad thing in the context. | |
