My observation is in practise self appointed Libertarians are very relaxed about what people with exactly the same likes, culture, and background do, and are very authoritarian about people doing something different to themselves.

She's bang in favour of relaxing regulation om very rich, white people who are mostly men whilst being bang in favour of more regulation for foreigners, the LGBTQ community, women and poor people. That's pretty much bog-standard modern libertarianism.
