I think we tripped up a bit in October/November time but I forgot we actually went into the new year top. I have memories of around that time shipping in 5 at Lincoln. I'm guessing this would've been where the 5 year contract was given. | |

A big part of it was Chambers. I remember he started that season like a champ and then he suddenly lost his physical ability over the course of 2 or 3 games. |  |

Think we were but it was tight and we were poo well before then, just started really well and stumbled from about November from memory. Lambert got his new deal on NYD despite that stumble, which is still bonkers. Jan was decent results wise IIRC, then continued to go to crap and dropped out of playoffs before covid curtailed the season. |  | | |

We couldn't have been top at that point because that turned out to be the last game of the season. We were tenth in the table and once the season was deemed officially over, finished eleventh on PPG. | |
