Apparently something I did on Insta contravened their community guidelines (I didn't do anything, I barely use it other than looking at a silly meme or lifehack Lady Dollers has sent me).
Apparently my appeal failed. No idea what happened, couldn't even look at it, and now blocked from facebook too. Any idea how you get round it? Doesn't seem easy to contact them. |  |

Their algorithm is terrible. I only use it for work and haven't had any issues but people I work with have had the same and our company page is always violating their community standards' apparently and then when you look at the post which has been flagged it is about as boring and vanilla as you can get.
Never been locked out though so not sure what to recommend. |  |
