Surely the point of a ballot is that as long as you enter it within the window (in this case 10am on Monday to 5pm on Tuesday) it doesn’t matter when you do it - entries are collected during the window and then the ballot takes place shortly afterwards?

Thanks! I’d completely misread it and thought the ballot opened on 29th. Just reread it and realised my mistake. That would have been costly for me.
