Unfortunately hamstring injuries ard not good and rehab time is up to weeks for mild / moderate tears. Reinjury rates are also high +30%. This is because the muscles act over two major joints, the hip and knee simultaneously. |  |

Yes, I was trying to think earlier what his injury a few months ago… didn’t like to say it was hamstring. We do seem to getting a few? Hammies in the squad…. But look at the intensity they play at now. | |
