We have played away 5 times so far 21:48 - Oct 26 with 1475 views | warky_1970 | And conceded 4 goals in 3 of those games. And in everyone of those games Muric has gifted the opposition in one way or another and our defence has looked totally lost. 4 away to Man City is almost expected. 4 against the likes of West Ham and Brentford is very concerning. I reckon the 0-9 record could easily go this season. [Post edited 26 Oct 2024 21:49]

I’m not saying I don’t agree in a way of course, because I don’t want to be seeing us concede 4 against anyone, but at the same time we are playing established, hardened Premier League sides whilst we are still finding our feet. A lot of people probably expected us to concede a few today, but not many expected us to get 3 ourselves!

The point is that if sides like West Ham and Brentford are easily scoring 4 (and both could have easily scored double that against us), the likes of Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal etc could completely murder us at their place. If you’re happy to just make up the numbers then fair enough. Having spent a lot this summer yes, I expected us to compete. 4 points on the board having practically completed 25% of the season already indicates a disastrous season and could well instigate another 20+ years outside the top flight should we go down.

I honestly thought we'd lose 3-0, or something of that Ilk. It hurts more because we should've won.

Yes. Wait until we go to Man City. If we keep that down to 4 ... oh! And no way will get anything from the likes of Brighton and Southampton away. Might as well concede that we are relegated already. Far too big a gap to safety now.

I mean, we’ve all been a bit blubby today but you are the king of blubbing. Your last line is hysterical.
