The issues at West Ham are not the manager, or certainly not just the manager…. They’ve been a shambles for years, ever since they left Upton Park.
Chelsea at the time was a minefield as well.
Did well at Swansea and Brighton - two clubs where it was more about developing and coaching players, not just running round on a supermarket sweep every transfer window. |  |
