This has been the time of year where city have under Pep generally gone on long unbeaten run allied with winning streaks. Not convinced this city side is capable of that but you can’t rule it out.

I don't think that I can remember a time when so many teams are inconsistent. Whether that's because no matter what you spend you are not getting that much more for your money I don't know.
| Good night for Arsenal. (n/t) on 09:35 - Jan 8 with 175 views | TheGentlemanViking | It certainly was, I don't think they'll have a better chance to win the league than this season. The teams chasing them are inconsistent, and Arsenal have found a way to ground out results without playing particularly well. That said, Arsenal are SO reliant on the pairing of Rice and Zubimendi, and don't have adequate backup for either, (and they seem to be the most injury prone club in the country). They would struggle missing either of them, and you've always got to fancy a Pep team led by the most ruthless striker on the planet. It's going to be an interesting few months for sure. | | | |
