Based on recent performances I'm not sure Nunez would bring ball retention or control to the midfield. I think we missed Taylor in there last night, it was a game where we need more of a presence in midfield and someone to put themselves about and get around the pitch. Neil was a passenger and Azor clearly not fit. |  |

Taylor has become almost undroppable for me simply for his energy and willingness to get about the pitch/fight. Neil, debut aside, has been a complete disappointment. We haven't got half the player I expected. | | | |

I have to say I thought Neil would be an excellent short-term loan but it just doesn't seem to be working out for me. I'd agree that Taylor has played excellently in the second midfield spot this season. |  | | |

Neil's way off his best, but he's barely kicked a ball all season and hasn't had a run of starts.
Jack Taylor isn't good enough, but the fact your statement is probably true is a mark on the likes of Cajuste, more than it's a merit on Taylor IMO. |  | | |
