![]() Sunday, 20th Mar 2011 18:15 Defender Tommy Smith made his debut for loan club Colchester on Saturday as the U’s lost 1-0 at Tranmere. The 20-year-old is with the League One side until the end of the season. Smith, who goes away with New Zealand for a friendly in China during the international break, a game in Japan having been cancelled, played the full 90 minutes at Prenton Park. Elsewhere, Ronan Murray came on as a 60th minute sub for Torquay as they drew 3-3 at Macclesfield and keeper Ian McLoughlin’s loan side Stockport lost 1-0 at Aldershot having been reduced to 10 men, the Irishman playing the whole game and conceding the only goal late in injury time. Murray is at Plainmoor for the remainder of the season, while McLoughlin is with the Hatters for a month. Meanwhile, Town's season-long loanees were both involved in draws. Kevin Lisbie netted his fourth goal of the season as Millwall drew 3-3 at home to Cardiff, while Pablo Couñago came on as a 65th minute sub as Crystal Palace's home game with Derby ended 2-2.
