Milne at Supporters Club AGM on Wednesday Tuesday, 29th Oct 2013 16:56
Joint-MD Ian Milne will be at the ITFC Supporters Club’s AGM in Legends Bar on Wednesday evening (7.30pm). The AGM is a chance to put your questions to Milne, who took over the running of the club along with Jonathan Symonds in February.
All members of the Supporters Club are welcome — which includes all season ticket holders, Silver Club members, Junior Blues and Branch members - but evidence of membership must be provided at the door.
The Supporters Club’s second ITFC On the Road event of the season takes place at Ufford Park, Yarmouth Road, Melton, IP12 1QW on Tuesday 12th November (7pm for 7.30pm).
Milne, Simon Milton, first team players and other guests will attend the evening which will feature a quiz, plus a question and answer session, along with fundraising in aid of the academy.
Fans of all ages are welcome to this event with entrance free, but by ticket only as numbers are limited.
For more information and to reserve your ticket for Ufford Park, contact Elizabeth Edwards via officialitsc@btinternet.com or by phone on 07968 876504.

Last season our highest attendance was 21,988 and the average was 17,526. This season our highest attendance was 18,322 and the average is 16,442. Given McCarthy's success on the pitch after taking over from Jewell, especially at Portman Road, how come the attendances have dropped by over 1,000? In these hard times, what will the club do to encourage new fans to the stadium, the very people who could become tomorrow's season ticket holders?

Absolutely nothing Mark. They believe the prices are fair and that the performances will bring in the crowds

And it was Mr Milne who said it!

I can imagine that the main question of the night will be Mark's question at the top. It would certainly be mine.I stood up approximately 4 years ago at the Supporters Club evening and asked exactly the same question of Mr Clegg. At the time Norwch were sitting in League One and I commented on howbthey were attracting good crowds with lots of reduced price tickets. Mr Clegg then thought the pricing structure was fine, they still think the pricing structure is fine. The scum have sailed past us with full houses throughout. It does make you ask how low crowds need to go before something is done. Not for one game but for whole season. Season ticket prices are great but Town absolutely must sort the match day prices as they are 50 per cent higher than where they should be.
