Merry Christmas from TWTD

We’d like to wish all TWTD readers a merry Christmas and a new year in which Town continue to make progress towards the upper reaches of the division.

Many thanks for all your site visits, forum posts, news comments, blogs, emails, retweets, news tip-offs and advert clicks over the last year.

Keep them all coming in what will hopefully be a more prosperous 2014 for all of us, and especially Ipswich Town. About time we made the play-offs again.

Merry Christmas to Phil n Gav and to all the fans and contributors on here! I watched my first game in April 1962 so feel qualified to have my say? We will never experience the great days again and the club that I grew up with has gone forever! But having experienced the fab highs and the sad lows it is still my and our club and my son's and grandsons! So 'come on you Blues, f--k the money and the glory hunters and we are 'IPSWICH' till we die! Merry Christmas to you all!

Let's have it right - this site is absolute fantastic and without fault. And i dont mean just by the standards of us Town fans. I often find myself trawling the web for similar sites of other clubs to find out their supporters reactions to news items (such as when Cardiff went from blue to red or when Portsmouth went through the divisions) and there really isn't anything that looks and feels as professionally and caringly put together as TWTD. How it is updated at 6.00 am on most days is beyond me. There's a lot of man-love out there for Phil and Gav and quite right too. I love you guys. Merry Christmas everyone
