Chalobah Withdrawn From England U20s Squad

Blues loanee Trevoh Chalobah has been withdrawn from the England U20s squad facing Portugal away in Penafiel in an U20 Elite League game on Tuesday due to injury.

Chalobah skippered the U20s as they were beaten 3-1 by Poland in another Elite League game at St George’s Park yesterday.

Blues midfielders Andre Dozzell and Flynn Downes remain with the U20s squad.

They tend to withdraw players at any hint of an injury so hopefully nothing too concerning. He played the full 90 in the game yesterday.

If not fit chuck Downes in there and see how they get on, Downes Bishop Dozzell would be an exciting 3 although not the most physical but does it matter if we don't let them have the ball;)
