With all due respect to the other clubs in L1, but we should smash this division.

Bristol Rovers on Saturdays, great news for me.

Home boxing day and last day of the season. Overall, pleasing.

Great that the first home game is a massive one, we should fill Portman Rd. and hopefully set the tone for the ground be rocking all season.

Nazemariner....why will we smash teams in this league? Our recent cup record suggests the reverse!

We should run away with the league, I know it will be harder then we think but look at some of the teams we have to play. This once great club mixing it with the European elite too now, playing against likes off Wycombe ( all due respect)

Donny last away game is good......we can take 1,000's there.

4 home games in our last six fixtures. Looks good for promotion.

Live in Leeds so struggle to make any home games.
Looking forward to a few away matches!
Tranmere away in mid January!
Bring it on!

What a depressing read that is... hopefully only one season and we can put this behind us.

Wow - thats a trudge
Wycombe away on New years day - new ground for most I suspect and a hang over to help with the trip
Our one game in London on a Tuesday night in Feb
Only 2 midweek home games
Jan 4th FA Cup 3rd round day - Fleetwood at home in the league
- add in the Checkatrade trophy - its not fixture list full of must sees! Do Checkatrade games even count towards the 92 club?
Rochdale away clashes with England Bulgaria and we will be playing -
how many fans will the opposition bring to Portman Road- 2-300 ?

Does anyone know how many of the away ends are open terraces in this division? Peterborough away is now all seater

Only the FA Cup 1st round listed (insert punchline here)

International breaks (= possible sky games)
Sept 7 (Rochdale away)
Oct 12 (Wycombe home)
Nov 16 (Oxford away)
Mar 28 (Bury away)

Away to Rochdale looks the sort of game they might choose.

Bring it on.

Cannot wait for next season - don't care who we play - Ipswich are the team I watch, not the opposition,be it Man City or Rochdale.

Love the bravado, but seeing the 1st 3 fixtures I think we might have to be patient. At the end of those 3, we could be on 1 point or less, but we should still be mid table come the start of September and will have by then found our feet. A good season lies ahead of we stick together and hold our nerve. COYB

Think a few fans on this board need a reality check if they think we are going to walk this league. Look at Sunderland and how long it took Sheffield Utd to get back to the Championship. I will be quite happy if we make the play offs with our young squad.

Not a many night games in this league which is a pity, better atmosphere under the lights no matter what the crowd size is.

Not overconfident but we must remember that Sir Alf took a few Seasons to get a Winning Team together. I hear Ray cCawford is available on a "Free"? Joking aside I will be supporting from the terraces whatever the Outcome. Edward Ebanizah Jeremiah Brown I am a Football supporter of Ipswich Town!!!!

4/6 home games to finish will be a key factor. Bums on seats will also be key.
