Town are offering fans the chance to pick the walk-out, pre-kick-off and goal music they will hear at Portman Road in the season ahead from a number of options.

The club are asking supporters to vote from the following choices.

Surely if it's goal music it should be for every goal otherwise somebody will complain about discrimination. How about for pre-kick-off, the crowd generate the atmosphere, that would be a novel idea.

I do love the suggestion of AC/DC THUNDERSTRUCK for walk out music, its a real shame our options are limited, with such little choice asking the fans seems a little futile!!

chilli added 11:15 - Jul 21 Am sure we used to win things before all this crowd hype nonsense. Without the music maybe we'll get more of the classic chants such as (my fave) ‘Alex Mathie, Alex Mathie, Alex, Alex Mathie, he scores a goal and it makes us happy, Alex, Alex Mathie!' 😂

It was against Norwich and the music played before kick off was Country Roads by the Hermes house band, that really created an amazing atmosphere in the stadium the place rocked and the place shook! That's the song I would choose the club should have a think about that one!

Why would anyone abide by any laws if we didn't discriminate? We don't need to boo the opposition for scoring, but we are not obliged to celebrate either. That is one of the great aspects of being the away supporters, you are silencing the overwhelming majority of the home crowd, music would ruin that!
