I've seen all the goals and I can honestly say that Jens goal was the best. He was surrounded by Forest players, so to twist and turn and get his shot away was awesome.

Cajuste would win that one if it was voted for by an impartial panel. But as we know, it's the clubs with the biggest following that win these things. For me it's Cajuste, Elanga, Rice.

In with a shout of actually winning something then........and, coincidentally, Cajuste was one of the few players who looked capable of winning a football game.......which is more than could be said for Mckennas tactics/team selection this year

DifferentGravy by name, different gravy by nature… shall we sack McKenna then? Young manager, learning his craft and giving us top flight football, the guy deserves a statue, not criticism.

I seem to recall we'd had the ball for quite a while before that clip even began, which makes the goal even better. It's definitely the best in that lot

He deserves to win it but I very much expect a player from one of those so called “ big clubs” will be voted the “winner” with an inferior goal. The system can’t allow a player from one of those small Championship clubs to win it, can they!

Great goal, another assist J Clarke. Really hope we keep Cajuste, I believe he will, if we stay up we have obligation too and if we go down we have an option to buy, he could be a real stalwart in midfield for us with a new signing in there, I have a feeling Phillips may stay if Leeds don't go up, I'm told he loves it here. They are finally clicking in midfield and hopefully will both stay fit for remainder of season, I wish they could both play 90 mins. I think Flynne Downes will be back too. Love to see Cresswell return at LB too.

Strike that, I didn't realise Cresswell is 35 cripes where does time go. Oh well see what happens, look forward Bournemouth hopefully their cup game goes to penalties.

ArnieM there is no system its just that some clubs have a bigger fan base. Let's face it we would vote for Cajuste even if we thought another was a better goal.

Jugsy - genius comment from you......... Notice I said this year(clearly not). THIS YEAR, we haven't won a single league game. For example - when we played against a poor Manchester United side, with a lack of confidence and 10 men.....Mckenna continued to play with 1 up front, plying the same tactics which, if you had watched the game, created next to nothing. Having a plan B would really help. He absolutely should have gotten us promoted from Div 1. Cook had already put steps in place (Morsey for example) and then the takeover and funding. Lat season was a total surprise and I commend ALL of the staff (playing or otherwise) for a fantastic effort. Even up until Christmas we were giving it a go and at least looking like wee could get the odd result. THIS YEAR has not been the case and whilst the players are responsible on the pitch(some just simply aren't good enough) ultimately its the managers tactics. formation and player selection that are held accountable. So, no, I wont be pushing for a statue of Mckenna just yet.....thats saved for those who have actually achieved greatness for ITFC at this moment in time (ever heard of Ramsey and Robson Thanks for your comment. See ya...

DifferentGravy - are you suggesting players aren't giving it ago? As for McKenna, the man is still learning his craft, he's not even 40 yet and already he's brought more promotions to this club than most fans have seen in their lifetimes. Not sure we can credit Paul Cook with much tbh, he may have bought in some of the players but it was McKenna who got a tune out of them - remember Cook had us in mid-table with the same bunch? Clearly I was being a bit facetious about the statue, but he's far closer to deserving that than he is the ire of fan criticism. Momentum and confidence bring so much in sport and both of those have been hard to come by this season. Many reasons as to why but I won't be faulting their effort nor commitment. To me, they all look a bit knackered and I imagine the extra demands that being in Premier League requires is now taking it's toll on the back end of the season. I'll still be celebrating the boys this year, come what may.
