TWTD Prediction League Winners
Thursday, 21st May 2026 16:26

The TWTD Prediction League was as keenly contested as ever during 2025/26 with BallumKrisset emerging as the winner.

Cryptologically minded readers might have spotted that BallumKrisset is in fact TWTD reporter Kallum Brisset, who carried off the title by an impressive four points despite making predictions for only 41 of Town’s 46 Championship fixtures.

Therefore, this year we have awarded two first prizes with ringwoodblue, 82 points, also winning £150 in Amazon vouchers with third-placed AK74 receiving a £100 voucher and SudburyBlue92 in fourth £50.

The full table can be found here.

The Prediction League, which is essentially the same competition we’ve been running since August 2000, will start again ahead of the 2026/27 campaign. Many thanks to all those who took part.

I got 22 outcomes right and 1 correct score to finish in the mid 200’s which shows me clearly where my strengths … and weaknesses lay betting wise.
Been playing this game for decades my favourite being back in 2004/05 when my late dad and fiancé (now wife) played in our mini league and he was astonished how well she kept doing knowing she had no knowledge of football let alone English football.
Congratulations to the winners and thanks for keeping this tradition going TWTD.

288th for me.

I just optimistically thought we'd win every game 5-0.

Thanks Gav & the TWTD team. Very generous to bump us up a place, a nice unexpected bonus. If only I had sent someone to spy on BallumKrisset & Ringwoodblue I might even have won!

Can never understand the placings when you have the same pts, surely the person who has predicted in the least amount of games should be ahead of tgh person who used more games for the same pts?

If you finish on the same points, its determined by the most correct results, then, if still the same, the most scorers then, if still the same, the most outcomes.

A surge from March saw me climb from the 100s to 16th. Like Norwich, had i have shaked things up a month earlier I might have got in the prizes. Well done all.
