Obviously we need someone that..... on 16:11 - Oct 30 with 2369 viewsBloots

....is prepared to work with the limited resources currently on offer.

That means that we are going to need someone who is comfortable in bringing the youngsters through.

This might mean someone that has had success at U23 or U21 level previously. But we need to avoid the trap of looking at reserve team coaches from the big clubs, they have huge budgets compared to our first team squad.

This would involve a bit of thinking outside the box.

So it won't happen.

Evans will go for whoever his inner circle tell him to go for. So it'll be someone out of work that talks a good game, but who will ultimately fail.

A Paul Jewell type of character.

Maybe Paul Jewell?

Enduringly lovable, intelligent and thunderingly exquisite.

You think Jackett would suit us?

Or will he just trouser the money?

Should we put our shirt on it?

Perhaps Evans will tie the deal up shortly.

Take a risk on either a lower league manager or a foreign manager, if things are to change for the better then risks must be taken - Of course it could get worse but why stand still..?

We are going to need someone that is comfortable bringing youngsters through - not a manager who doesn't trust them...
