Come on, you've spent 18 months saying Corbyn is a gift to the Tory party and that any election would be an embarrassment for Labour.

Have some humility and accept you were almost entirely wrong.

Today is a good day

why is today a good day

whether you are a labour or tory supporer - this result is the worst possible result for the entire country?

I hate it when parties have to work together instead of screaming at each other.

It's awful.

I'd take a hung parliament over the predicted 100+ seat gain for the tories any day.

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

Labour have just refused to work with anyone else. Both Corbyn and McDonnell on BBC just now

I'd say it's pretty scary how people are easily swayed with the offer of free money. Having said that the Tory policy of QE rather than investing in visible infrastructure has proven to be a massive vote loser

Indeed, 20% up in the polls and they have well and truly messed it up thankfully!

even if there was a coaltion - how much "working together" do you think there would realistically be

there wasnt much when it was cameron/clegg....

hamcam did all the work and clegg went on holiday

I honestly hope you're right.

I just fear it will be lots of screaming at each other.

careful, youll have facters along in a minute to tell you how hard civil servants work :)

in the context of the result, this takes us backwards into "no mans land" rather than forawrd - which i think we can all appreciate is not what TM wanted. - in 8 days, brexit negotiations begin - and yes they are beginning.... its going to be chaos, not interesting.

Lots of Corbyn still isnt pm posts, shifting of goalposts rather than just admitting they were way out in their predictions. Not mentioning any names of course

You were happy for Corbyn to be Labour leader when you claimed he provided no opposition despite saying constantly that our government needs a strong opposition. Did you have the best interest of the country in mind then?
