Further proof of him being a rather juvenile little sod. I don't think I've ever seen a player do that towards a referee.

Can't stand him.

In other news, Rashford is decent.

Yeah but he plays his best on the edge, or some kind of waffle from everyone's favourite brother in law.

Agree, ITV pundits defending him ffs, can you imagine an England rugby player doing it?

Yes, I could fully imagine Dylan Hartley, James Haskell, Joe Marler, Owen Farrell and many others doing it as well. In fact, Hartley has been sent off in the past for decent. I'm afraid rugby players are barely saints.

Wasn't it towards an opponent who had just booted him?

It's very frustrating he can be excellent but his attitude and actions on occasion just stink. On £100k plus but does that it's really unforgivable. I appreciate the FA don't pay his wages but he gets appearance money.

i could be wrong.i just thought it must have been at the ref as he never gave the foul.
if it was towards the other player i cant see a lot wrong in doing it

hopefully theyll show it alongside the clip where the ref awards a free kick against him, and then gives him the alex ferguson hair dryer treatment for not retreating instantly.

at least it shows he cares

Pochettino/Southgate need to sort out his temper.
Fabulous talent though.

On the radio Phil Neville was suggesting it may have been aimed (in a jokey way) at Eric Dier who was moaning at him for not getting up quickly enough.

It is pretty obvious that it is towards Walker. The long shot shows Walker gesturing to him a second before. I have no idea why some people are always so desperate for England to fail. Dele Alli is absolute class, we should be proud.

A bit like the over the top blaming of Rashford for the goal conceded; he should have done better but so should about six other players.

It was aimed at a team mate, not the ref or an opponent. But don't let the fact get in the way of criticising him.
Total over reaction on social media from the usual suspects who are all jealous of this young man's remarkable talent as a footballer.
Pretty sure Rooney did far worse when he was Dele's age.
As for rugby players, they don't abuse the ref as they are far too busy, biting, gouging or stamping on their opponents.
