Since Mick left and not point fingers but.....I want to say if Jonas continues to receive abuse or it gets worse, it won't just affect him or play a part in his future, it will spread to the whole team. They are obviously upset at mick and other members of the team leaving, let's not make that worse by abusing a team mate.
