I see the headcase of an owner has sacked his manager after their first defeat of the season. Feel sorry for their traditional fans. I know the money spent has bought some success but they have completely lost their club.

Can't see any way that the toys won't be thrown out of the pram sometime soon.

I've always felt that the manager for them wasn't quite a 'high profile' name that Tamplin would (seemingly) want.

I think you may be right. However does Tamplin want a manager or a puppet. I get the feeling he wants his way as it's his money.

Maybe he wants Nolan now he's available

Was with a lad that plays a real high level of football this weekend just gone, he was telling me about that owner, he reckons he’s as likely to run in the changing room with a gun as he he run in with £50 notes and throwing them in the air!

I have quite a few friends in the police who also have some interesting views on the situation.

Imagine that many Essex boy personalities in one small space.

I’m mean us Suffolk lot make a joke and that’s it, they hold a grudge and want to fight.

Good luck to them all 😂

I always want non-league clubs to do well.... I hope the Billericay fans can find another club to support. The owner is a disgrace. I want this dude to fail so much.

Rumour my way is that Tamplin sacked Harry Wheeler by text, 5 minutes before the end of their 2-0 defeat to Chippenham Town on Saturday. Up to that point, Billericay had 1 defeat in 29 games and were top of the National League South!! Just bizarre. Tamplin should stop interfering in the football side and concentrate on the funding of the club because there is no doubt he has done a lot of good things. He seems like he wants to be the owner, manager and the coach!!!

Only trouble is, they can't all do well, can they? Plenty over-spend in an attempt to move up through the leagues & when the owner loses interest or runs out of money, it all goes pear-shaped.
