I’ve only seen the goals so can’t really comment on the overall performance but clearly from 2-0 at HT we should’ve won.

But that’s 3 unbeaten & Hurst seems to have found his formation. We’ve become difficult to beat ever since Chambers mentioned it but we’ve got to build on it now over the next 2 going into the international break. I know they’re very difficult games but we’ve got to come away with 4 points.

Yeah I would do, just being greedy.

Positive news is Harrison out for a while so Sears could be used a lot more.
Yes, he can still offer a lot in our position.

Positives:
- Jackson very good up top. He will be some player with service.
- Gerken was excellent again.
- We didn’t lose.
- Chalobah looked very neat and tidy with flashes of brilliance when on the ball.
- 2 goals scored away
- Nolan abit better than previously.
- A good atmosphere from our fans against the Brummies.
- The day out with my brother and everyone was very enjoyable.

Negatives:
- We can’t be throwing 2-0 leads away so easily.
- But for a brilliant save by Gerken, we’d have lost it at the end.
- Defensively (on the ball) we made so many stupid mistakes.
- The one thing at half time id have expected was for Hurst to make sure that we are right for the first 10 minutes of the second half with it so obvious that Brum would come at us.
- It’s yet another game without a win.
- Evans is still the owner ;)

Gerken was not excellent, he was mediocre. Made some good saves, but also some basic mistakes.

Fair enough.

I disagree.

It was a nice sunny day with a blue sky.
The views from Alexandra Palace were really clear.
I had a nice time with Yasmin and my son and she enjoyed having some time with her brother - they enjoyed pedalling the swan boat on the boating lake.

There’s quite a few positives.

I’d be interested to hear what they were.

Not for arguments sake. Just not sure what he got wrong today...

We played ok. No better than ok.

Gerken made some good stops but his kicking is really poor and it looked like a mistake for the second goal. He’s no better than Bart.

We’re still sloppy in possesion and we don’t seem to be playing with any freedom, to be expected I guess with confidence so low.

We looked dangerous at times, Jackson is a handful, nothing much came off for Edwards... we were unlucky not to have had a third when Chambers’ quick free-kick released Jackson and his cross just evaded Sears.

Ward was really really poor today, our attacks were all down the right in the second half in particular and he offered nothing either offensively or defensively.

I felt that we could have made a change at 2-1 to freshen things up a bit and that maybe Edun, Sears or Dozzell could have added some impotus to turn the tide a little and help us be more likely to get the third goal and finish the game.

It was better... we defended well most of the game, but we needed to. Pennington’s red card was needless and stupid, he’ll learn.

Poor in kicking, communication and crosses. The communication issues almost led to us being a goal down after three minutes, and the crosses issue led to us surrendering our lead.
