Hey guys, I'm looking to release an all time Ipswich Town squad for the new PES, it will be free but want to make it as accurate as possible. Was hoping to get some help on what your personal starting XI would be or who should be in/out of the squad.
Also I'm sure a lot of the ratings and positions below are way off, for scale peak Pele/Maradona/Messi would be around 95, and the best EPL players of today would be about 88/89. At the moment I'm probably a bit light on for wingers.

For scale, John Wark scored 36 goals in a season from Central Midfield, in a midfield 3 where one of the other midfielders didn't tackle, and the other one was a bit clumsy in the tackle.
So think early Mourinho Chelsea, with Wark having to play both Lampard's and Makelele's roles, and still scoring more goals than Frank.
He's got to be in the 90s.
And Town fans slightly older than me will tell you that Beattie was better than him. | | | |

I'd say Crawford should be the highest rating forward.
Beattie 89
Not so sure Brazil, McCall, Holland, Dyer should be that high.

I'd say pretty spot on Fernando apart from Mccall & Dyer who for me were solid but not spectacular.
Maybe worth considering the original David Johnson who was a class act and a lot to do with Bobby Robson's early success.
Good to see the under rated Trevor Whymark in there but might worth considering another under rated player in Bryan Hamilton as well.

My opinion for what its worth
Wark & Muhren should be more highly rated
Mccall & Holland a little lower than stated
It would also be good to add Marcus Stewart as a striker and Jason Dozzell as a CM. |  | | |

Wark and Beattie should be in the low 90s
Thijssen and Muhren about 90.
Most of these players were among the best of their day and battling for major honours over several years so should be in the high 80s according to your 'scale' (including Eric Gates whom you have completely missed out)
McCall was very good but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the list. |  |

It's not Grant Leadbitter ya numpty. It is Jimmy Leadbetter; one of our best ever players and spelt differently. He should be at least mid to high 80s compared to others on the list. | |
