Always seems to be an over optimistic lot on this site the last half dozen years. The poll could just as well be the time honoured traditional mid-season question: will Town make the play-offs?

But me, I think we're close to being a certain catchphrase uttered by Frasier to Captain Mannering of the home guard.
Lambert is the best asset we have. He'll need 7 or 8 decent player replacements ASAP.

To be fair, the range of outcomes is quite binary at this stage.

But the process of prediction isn't - as I pointed out - "where's the "impossible to say yet" option?! It's all still pretty open imho, early days yet for Lambert esp re getting team playing as a cohesive unit, & maybe a couple of newbies to come in Jan."
